RETURNS AND REFUNDS :
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please take a video while opening the packaging received from the courier company. In case a customer claims that the product was received in a damaged condition, it should be clearly visible in the video.
- Refund in the form ofstore credit will be immediate, while refund to the original card from where the payment was made, could take upto 15 days to reflect in your account.
- Any exchanges and its delivery schedule will be dependent on product stock and the delivery times at the time of exchange.
- Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping cost, (which will be arranged by thecitydirectory.com) if the product was not received by you in a damaged condition as described above.
